AMERICAN ARTIST'S WORK BEING PRODUCED IN GLASS IN MURANO

The American artist Christopher Baer, a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, RI, began exhibiting his paintings during the 2014 Biennale in Venice. In 2015, a number of his designs were exhibited during the Biennale but for the first time, the pieces were exhibited in glass made on the island of Murano (and - full-disclosure - Christopher is my son!) .

The artist has excelled in abstract designs and has become widely sold in the USA in recent years. This new work combines the artist's love of design with his love of Italy, a country he has come to know well.
